NK Polyplast established in 2015 and the company continues to expand over the years. By adapting to the most recent state of the art machineries and incorporating them in our moulding operations, we can run 24/6 throughout the year without sacrificing the quality. This cutting-edge technology helps us for flexible approaches to meet the demands and deliver high-quality products on time.

We are one of the major suppliers in northern India and have developed extensive knowledge of innovative manufacturing methods for plastic products. Our range of products are ideal for packaging of food, pharmaceuticals, lubricant, veterinary, agro-chemicals and household manufacturing industries. Only fssai approved High-Density-Polyethylene(HDPE) and Polypropylene(PP) resins are used.

In our fleet of blow moulding machineries with double station capabilities, equipped us to manufacture nearly thirty thousand containers per day, size ranging from 60 ml to 10 liters. Parallelly injection blow moulding machines produces caps, inners, measuring-cups, handles, containers and many more supporting plastic items upto 150000 per day

quality

All our products are manufactured by using only fresh HDPE or PP resins. Finishing is done in two stages for every single product, First: machine controlled de-flashing right after the extrusion, Second: skilled human eye for any left over flashes and minor detailing. Leak tested and weight checked as per company standards or client needs

availability

We store wide range of products with different variety of styles and colors so they can be delivered in very short lead times. Products with client specific colors can be produced with subjecting to minimum order quantities. We work closely with customers to bring their packaging design concepts to commercial production within their budgets
